POLICIES
At Ritual, we prioritize your experience by maintaining a commitment to punctuality and respectful communication. Please review our policies regarding cancellations, late arrivals, and service satisfaction to ensure a seamless visit.
LATE POLICY
Life happens! We get it. Please inform us if you are running late to your appointment. We may need to cancel your appointment and charge a cancellation fee.
We make every effort to accommodate you if you’re running late, but adjustments may need to be made to your original appointment. You are still financially responsible for the entire service that was scheduled.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you please provide us 48 hours notice. We charge a 50% fee for services cancelled with less than 48 hours notice. This fee will need to be paid before booking your next appointment.
If you do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the missed service.
ADJUSTMENT POLICY
We strive to provide the highest quality of service and ensure our clients leave feeling their best! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your service, you may come back to the salon within 7 days for an adjustment service- free of charge.
We encourage you to communicate any concerns during your appointment or as soon as possible after your service.
